Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is my go to auto place for getting my 2005 Saturn Vue front end aligned. They have on occasion found other things that needed my immediate attention. These guys are sharp and fun! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else to have the front end aligned!!

Do not go anywhere near this place!! No one knew what was going on. I made an appointment and it still took two days to look at. They told me that they had to make sure it was covered by the warranty and we had already done that. After all that they didn't even fix the problem that I bought it in for. Horrible place!! Update: It turns out that they didn't even replace the part they said that they replaced. I took itbto someone else that replaced that part and they said it was not newly replaced. Jystvtrying to get money!!

I went to this location to swap my summer tires with my winter tires back in November. Unfortunately they were understaffed and I needed to wait quite some time to get the work done. The first issue is when I got the car back one of my tire sensors was not working properly. Secondly, I just went to swap them back out and noticed a 4 inch slash on the sidewall one of my summer tires. I hate to blame them, but honestly they had one individual frantically keeping up with demand and I feel like mistakes were begin made. Service: Tires
