Friendly, courteous, competent. 1 thing I'd appreciate, however, is if they would remind me before I pay with a credit card that they charge a service fee for doing so. I'd be happy to give them a check or cash instead of paying the service fee! I don't always remember that's their policy. Just remind me. Service: Oil change
