Brought my car in expecting it to take a couple hours but they were done in an hour. The price was good and they didn't pressure me to pay for anything extra. They also will re-torque/tighten your wheels for free after a tire rotation, which I appreciated, since I was NOT offered this by the Lexus Dealership or even told it should be done (last place I brought my car for service) . I had been struggling for years to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic that didn't talk down to me or overcharge me for work I didn't need. I stumbled across Brausen by chance, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have earned my business for life. I brought my Mercedes in there with a phantom engine noise and oil leak. They went above and beyond to address the issue and the fix/clean up the other issues it was leading to.
