Do not bring your vehicle to this repair shop. This is the third time that they tell me my vehicle needs something that it actually does not after getting second opinion elsewhere. On top of that, some of the repairs that were done here were done incorrectly using cheap parts. The repair prices here are significantly higher than other local shops in the Rosemount area. Save your self the trouble and money and don't make the same mistake as I did!
I came then with s concern about my your going flat and they got me in as soon as they could. Turns out I had a screw in my tire. They psyched the hole and rotate my tires for me. Even after I asked when I got their about the rotating. The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable about what Neff to be done. Plus they replaced my tpms since I asked then if they could do that also.
I went there because I was pretty sure I had a bad battery. The 2 good things were that they could get me in later that afternoon and could get a battery delivered to them that day. The bad thing was all the money they tried to get from me. First was the test for the battery, then they said I need an oil change. Lastly, they wanted to charge almost $100 over what the battery was priced on the internet. However, when I told them that I could not pay over $400 for a battery for my Jeep, they were willing to price match for $325. My advice is to just know what you should be paying for things and don't let them talk you into a bunch of extras. Michelle
