For us, the most important element of buying a vehicle is that we received what was promised, at a price that was agreed to with a group of professionals who could answer our questions and make good use of our time. Overall, we would rate the entire experience as a 5. I would call out Jim Jensen who assisted us with the sale of the vehicle, along with Vince and Elizabeth who worked with us on the purchasing side of the process.
