Walser Collision & Glass

Overall a very good experience and I would use them again. I had initially chose them because I called Hyundia dealership asking for Hyundai auto body and they referred me to Walser, but for the mechanical portion they didn't use the dealership but a local closer mechanic. I was slightly concerned but the repairs all have been really good. I did ask that they repaint the front bumper because it was not well color matched and they agreed without any fight. It took an additional day but the result was a perfectly matched bumper. Everyone at the shop was responsive and easy to work with including the car rental office attached to them.

My vehicle was recently rear ended and I wanted to have it fixed at an actual Dodge dealership so I would get Dodge parts. I found Walser Collision and Glass and worked with Brad. He is extremely knowledgeable, has many years experience and definitely knows how to deal with insurance companies. I sent the insurance companies quote to Brad, made the appointment and had my SUV back in 24 hours! I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend using Walser! Ask for Brad!

I had a great experience with the Plymouth Walser Collision. They made the whole process very seamless and carefree. They quickly gave me a quote, did all the paperwork processing to insurance for me and were able to get the work done in one day! I was very happy with my car and would highly recommend them- great service overall!
