This is the best auto shop you’re going to find in the west metro. Yeah, I said it. The BEST. I found this place on Google like 4 or 5 years ago, and I chose them for 2 reasons: the great reviews, and they have free loaner cars available. Very helpful for adding some flexibility to your schedule. Every service I’ve had performed on my car here has been the best quality work and fairest price. I’ve never seen a quote beat theirs, and they will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. These are honest people that you can trust. Any ladies out there terrified of getting ripped off by an auto shop? Fear no more. You will be taken care of here and you can trust what they recommend. On 04.07.22, I had my car taken in to a different auto shop. My brakes went out and it was the closest shop to my work. They quoted me over $1,400 for just my rear brake system. As an individual with a hidden disability that can affect my processing ability, the shop owner (Howard) has made me feel completely disrespected and unvalued as a customer on numerous occasions, is abrasive and impatient over the phone and in-person, does not attempt to engage in and grow a customer-centered relationship, and ridcules my questions often, making me feel guilty for asking them in the first place. The owner Howard said he is short staffed and I would have to leave my car overnight so that it was there first thing in the morning and the car would have to be there all day just for a tire rotation. He is very short-tempered and rude mannered on the phone and therefore I have decided to go to my longtime favorite tire place Samaritan tire on Oak Ridge Rd. I will never go back to Howard at Minnetonka auto service again. The only reason I was going to Howard is because I purchased the vehicle from him, however the car leaks oil and I will never do business with him again!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
