I had a great experience here. The owner was very accommodating and did not try to get one over on me. Everytime something was wrong he showed me so I could be assured about what NEEDED to be done. Nobody tried to upsale me on products and services that were not needed. Also, throughout the my time there the owner educated me on some issues about the car, as well as some cheap alternatives repairs. At the end of my visit I left very happy. The owner had great customer service, the mechanic did great, and I did not break the bank which is great for a college student like me.

Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. Affordable. Monte thoroughly went over what needed to be done (and why), what could wait (sigh of relief) all in a way I could understand from a non-mechanic view. Nice, professional and was able to quote me at a 1/3 of the cost of what the big commercial shops were trying to charge – didn’t feel pressured and felt an honest approach was taken about what I actually needed rather than being up-sold of unnecessary repairs. Solid shop!
