After feeling frustrated with the life of my tires, Joe stood by Discount Tire and the products they sell. He explained the possible cause of the issue, but still replaced the tires as they were 50,000 mile tire that only lasted 25,000 miles. We have 5 vehicles and all have been and will continue to go to Discount Tire. Go see Joe and Discount Tire!!
I experienced a blow out on my dump trailer tire yesterday afternoon. Was able to drive the trailer in to Discount tire. Wow was I impressed, they were super busy but organized. Josh took care of me at the counter, then went out of his way to fit my tire repair in. He personal changed my tire in the parking lot to get me up and running! I definitely would recommend discount tire and this location. Anytime I have tires to purchase/repair I’ll definitely will be back! Thanks again for the outstanding customer experience!
