Tires Plus

The store staff was able to get me in for a 4 wheel alignment that I have with Firestore for a lifetime. Three Firestones made covid excuses as to why they wouldn't honor the web app appointments I had scheduled (two of which were confirmed). I was very happy that Tires Plus in Hopkins, MN was able to align the car after I had installed new sway bars and steering rack (so the car needed a lot of adjustment). They did all of this for me on Christmas Eve. Thank You!

These idiots we're supposed to do a front end alignment and an oil change. I was called one hour prior to being finished stating that I needed a front wheel bearing changed, as well as something else. They called me an hour later letting me know my car was finished. When I arrived they told me they were unable to do the alignment because they did not change the bearing. When I told the people at the counter that if the person who called me had instructed me that they could not do one without the other, I would have had them fix the bearing. The Jackhole behind the counter (who called me about the bearing) JOKINGLY <-- POOR JOB, tried to apologize for not telling me that little tidbit. I will never go back there again. I'm glad I have an estimate for the other work that needed to be done, because I guarantee you, somebody else nearby will do it for a lot less, and probably a lot better. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I brought my car here for new tires and an alignment. It was a disaster. The employees are nice enough, but have no idea what they’re doing. The first time they started working on the car one front light was knocked lose and I had to keep manually putting it back. The next time I went back they just gave up on aligning the car because “it wasn’t working”. Then the other front light was knocked out of place. Shortly thereafter my car got into a minor car accident and was completely totaled. I should have known not to go back to Tires Plus after a location in IL ruined my oil tank after botching an oil change. Think twice about going to Tires Plus.
