Good, honest, old school mechanics. I had several problems show up all at around the same time with my suburban, so it was in 3 times in three weeks. Each time they correctly fixed it and didn't try to charge me a bunch extra or upsell me things I didn't need. Great experience!
I had never been here before and I must say I loved the explanation of the patching up the tire vs. plugging the tire and which one would be best sufficient. You learn something new everyday. The woman at the front desk was very polite and kind. Thank you for a really nice and pleasant experience. By the way I had a screw in my front driver side tire.
Called ahead of time on my Infiniti to see whether they could service a number of items and was told they could. Turned out they could only do a few of them. So much time was wasted as a result. They have no problem trying to pull you in but apparently they don’t know what then can and cannot do. Disappointed.
