Oil change was fine. Staff was personable and professional. HOWEVER, all they did was the oil change. They didn’t check anything else. I had to ask them to put air in the tires and washer fluid in as well. Did not check any other fluids. No safety check on any lights. For $109 I expected far more. I recommend choosing a different service center.
I would stay away from this spot. Staff there was amazing. But while I had my car serviced I witnessed the "manager" get extremely insulting towards a customers car he was working on and when the owner of the vehicle wasn't looking I watched him dump washer fluid into the oil while laughing at it was a few other co-workers
the experience I just had at the golden valley Jiffy Lube not only gave me a comfort in knowing I was in good hands but also lifted my spirits. Dave’s team was beaming with positivity and knowledge and I didn’t feel judged for the mistake I had made with my vehicle.
