I would like to say thank you to the friendly and very helpful people that works at this location. I’m from out of state for my kid’s soccer tournament consisting of 1200 teams from all over the US and other countries. The day we were supposed to go the fields my car started to have problems, (smell of electrical burning, and a noise I’ve never heard from my car). Fortunately my family was able to get a ride with another family. I saw that there was an Honest 1 about less than a mile from the our hotel, Eagan West location, the front desk person said that they didn’t have any availability and that maybe this location has one in which they did. He even did a quick test of my battery and alternator even though he didn’t have to. Thank you to the gentleman that help me in the morning of 14 July 2023. Today I had new tires put on and an alignment. I experienced excellent customer service along with the ability to be super flexible. I had front tires that were shredded due to poor alignment, and these guys did an excellent job!! I really appreciate that since I work next door, they are able to work on my vehicle while im working. In the past I also had an issue that wasn't resolvable that day and they had a rental vehicle for me to use for the day!! Thanks again! My car is running like a champ again!! I recently received excellent service at Honest-1 Auto Care Eagan East. They were able to get my car in for diagnostics within 24 hours and completed the repairs the same day. The service was friendly and professional; the shuttle service very helpful. I also appreciated the timely and clear communication.
