Need a key fob. Paid $140 in advance for key fob. Told me to expect 20 min to program it. When I arrived they said to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and kid is digging through my car. Was told he lost the new key. Wanted money back. Never gave it to me. Went to get a witness and to find out who regional manager or owner was. Eventually got my money back but would never go back to Eagan Batteries Plus. Manager and worker were extremely rude.
Do not bring your phone here for glass repair. !! It’s not called Batteries & Bulbs & Phone repair for a reason. My wife brought a working iPhone in for a simple cracked screen repair. They not only couldn’t fix the screen. The phone no longer works. Naturally, the refusing to take responsibility.
This particular store is always willing to help customers with matching batteries and helpful for seniors to opening the covers of LED lights when the instructions are so tiny and difficult to read I appreciate the staff here.
