Tom and his team are experts at what they do and will give you a fair price every time (charged me about 1/3 what the dealership wanted for a rear shock job) They have called out things based on experience and when they took them apart they were right every time (axle the dealership said was fine but inside the boot was ready to snap any second) Honesty and integrity is in their blood. I will always bring my vehicles here.
Was so grateful to find Lithgow! I've been going there now for over two years. They are knowledgeable, help navigate on maintenance options, and are fairly priced.
Very detailed and thorough inspections. I was trying to compare 2 used vehicles and they were flexible enough to work with me. They did a short test drive and a thorough walkthrough inside and out. Afterwards they gave me a detailed breakdown and summary to help me understand what they found. They are not cheap, but worth the price to save me headaches and give me peace of mind.
