My daughter looked at a car and she liked it, we informed them we would be paying cash. Told my daughter to wait a day and think on it. Made an appointment for next day to close on vehicle. Trying to teach her a lesson on patience and not impulsive decisions. The vehicle had been there for a few months, didn’t seem like it would be gone in 2 hours since we were there late in the day. Next day she went to purchase and salesman told her someone else had an appointment to look at car, they weren’t there yet so no reason why she couldn’t have purchased it then since their is no holds allowed by their policy on any vehicle which has not been sold. They wanted to sell to someone else since they don’t make more $$$ in cash purchases. Needing a car she selected a KIA which I was not aware of the HUGE increase in insurance rates due to high theft probability. Salesmen was rushing and I feel KIA should have to tell potential customers especially young buyers what they are getting into.

I live in Memphis, TN, my son is in college in Iowa. We contacted the dealership and started working with Andrew. He made the process so easy for us, I made the 9 hour drive to my son then the 4 1/2 hour drive to the dealership to get him his "dream car" and it was worth it. Everyone was so nice and warm and welcoming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
