This place is a scam got my old blower motor back after they replaced it and it bench tested just fine. They claim there tech did the same thing and it wasn’t fine I don’t know where they find guys like Thomas but apparently he is not that good of a technician. He just fixed both possible parts and called it diagnosed and fixed. Then when I went back to get answers Joe was so disrespectful wouldn’t let me talk just kept interrupting and telling me I was wrong and that he was right. He tried to claim they are “honest because it’s in our name”. They are anything but honest they will never get my business again and if I was you I wouldn’t use them either. They ripped me off and charged me a $180 diagnoses fee to misdiagnose it and charged me $322 for a part I didn’t need on top of being able to charge more labor. I am also a customer Fred because I was helping pay for the repairs so nice try also I wouldn’t have said those things if they weren’t true.

This shop is conveniently located. The service advisor Joe was very professional and clear with his explanation of the process they use to assess your car and any issues needing to be diagnosed. I needed an emergency battery replacement around Thanksgiving and no other shops in town were willing to squeeze me in, and fortunately this shop was open on weekends. I was also recommended by a friend to visit this location and im very happy that I did. To my surprise when I called Joe spoke with me about my situation and offered to get me in on Saturday. This was the best news ever since my car was down over the holiday and really needed to get to work on monday. My wait time was short and the technician was very efficient. He even did an additional vehicle inspection for me and we decided that I should come back for further diagnosis. This is a wonderful place and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My service was also affordable and I'm very satisfied with my car's performance.

I've dealt with Scott pretty much every time, he and the other staff will work to help you with getting to and from the shop, which is awesome. Today 1-13-24 they did not find any anything wrong with my truck, so they waived the diagnostic fee of 89.00$ which I appreciated very much!
