I have had the very BEST services done here! I love how open and honest the service writers are and really do feel like they treat me like a human being! Cody and Mathew are the best! They treat you how you would wanted to be treated, taking the time to discuss your problem by phone or stopping in. They are very trustworthy if something doesn't need to be fixed and letting you know this, or letting you know it will be okay for a while and then come back. I came to Crosstown Auto for routine oil change and coolant flush on a 93 Corvette. During the process of bleeding the coolant system they killed my distributor. On this old LT1 engine the distributor is the Achilles heel. They did replace my optispark, but with a cheap Chinese made one from Car Quest. When I checked underneath the hood, they had ran the spark plug wires next to the exhaust manifold, and the casing on the wire started to melt. There is also an exhaust rattle that I didn’t have before, I have sort out. Be aware who you bring your car to, they couldn’t even handle a simple task as a coolant flush.
