No doubt....Trust is the most important element in an automotive shop. I've been using Paulie's for over 15 years! Absolutely would highly recommend working with Paul, Alex & James. They always deliver on what they promise and most of the time over deliver!!!

My mother and I have been here several different times with different cars. They have been incredibly polite, helpful, and understanding every single time. It has always been incredibly clear that they care about their customers—they have tried to help us in every way possible, including once even driving us home themselves when we left our car in the shop after it unexpectedly broke down so my mother didn’t have to walk (we live very close to the shop). All that, plus their prices are AMAZING for the work they do! They always give us the lowest price they can. I honestly feel bad about it sometimes because they really do a great job. If I had more money, I would absolutely tip them 50% because they deserve it! If I ever leave Brooklyn Park, I can see myself coming back to this shop for car maintenance anyway. It’s THAT great.
