Was quoted 4 weeks on repairs. It took 5. It would've only took 3 if a part came in on time. The part never arrived, so they fixed it another way. This would've been amazing if they did this two weeks ago to save me $500 on a car rental. Plus my alignment is still off after they said they did it. I'm in the food industry and I have no problem buying a drink or meal if there was a problem. Luther did not offer any kind of compensation. Howie was my guy here. He's super nice. It's just unfortunate that these upper issues existed. The shell of my vehicle looks fantastic though!

Overall service was excellent! John was great to worth with. He timely responded to my emails and always kept me updated. My vehicle looks brand new after some significant damage. I haven’t done a full inspection yet, but so far I haven’t noticed any exterior or interior issues or damage. Vehicle was clean upon return except for some minor dust in the trunk area. I highly recommend them!
