Ben did an incredible job writing my car’s estimate and keeping me up to date on the status of the repair and timeline. His level of professionalism, timely service, and communication was superior. I was also extremely satisfied with the repair. I will continue to use the Jolly Ln Caliber Collision location for any car needs to come.

I think caliber collision is a sexist place that females should never take their car. They try to overcharge me and told my significant other more details about my vehicle than they did me and I’m the owner. They are very rude and they aren’t the best at communication they are liars and get upset when you called them out on it caliber collision tried to tell me that my car was in paint and would take an additional week to fix when I knew for a fact, my car was already out of paint and only needed them to put a bumper on a say my car won’t be ready when I went there my car was ready and it looked like one of them were going to take my car for a joy ride bottom line, caliber collision, chose to lie and sit on their hands and told me several different dates that my car would be ready knowing that they were lying also I found a silver cigar wrap in my car I believe they smoked in my car I can’t believe this company
