Eric's Repair

Spent $1000.00 on repairs and the car is not fixed. Eric knew very little about the P0016 engine code I was dealing with on a Chevrolet Malibu. I recommended keeping it simple for these gentleman.

I strongly recommend you go anywhere else for repairs. Six months ago I came in needing new sway bars, which they installed and I went on my way. Fast forward to five months later, and my car is shaking so much I fear it may fall apart. The reason? Apparently the sway bars they installed were so overloaded with grease that they ruptured and I already needed new ones. Also, they affixed several screws so poorly that parts of my car had been banging around for who knows how long, causing who knows what kind of long-term damage. On top of that, when I took it to a different place I found that Eric's overcharged big time--the second place I went to, Honest Auto Care, charged a fraction of the price to replace the sway bars AND fix the problems Eric's technician caused in the first place. The cherry on top? When I reached out to Eric's asking for a partial refund (less than half of what I spent there), I get back a passive aggressive email saying it was somehow -my- fault for taking my car
