Trinity Automotive - Blaine

I went to Trinity Auto for a free second opinion after another shop told me I needed multiple repairs when I had only brought my car in for an oil change. The other place quoted me nearly $1,300, so Trinity Auto asked me to bring in the written estimate and offered to inspect everything at no charge. After doing their own inspection, they told me I didn’t actually need several of the repairs I was told were necessary. They charged me $400 for the repairs! They are AWESOME!!!

I was beyond impressed with the level of care and compassion shown during my first visit to Trinity Auto. The waiting area was clean, stocked with beverages, and offered plenty of seating (not that I had to sit for long as service was so quick). Front desk staff were kind and courteous. Prices were reasonable. Gavin went above and beyond to provide expert care for my vehicle and made sure I fully understood the inspection findings and my options before leaving. Unlike other shops I've visited, I felt welcomed here as a guest rather than just a customer. I'll be coming back for all of my service needs! My experience was limited to Oil change. They honored the mail coupon, service was good but could have been faster, additional services were recommended but I denied politely and they were not pushy.
