Fleet Farm Auto Service Center

I was able to get my car in the day after I called for an inspection and possible repair! I left feeling totally satisfied with the technicians repair on my car. Erick (the technician) also explained a few things he noticed and gave me a vehicle inspection report. I would absolutely recommend seeing Erick if your vehicle needs to go into a shop. They were affordable, friendly and informative.

Horrid place. Got a flat tire on the highway parked here waited two hours for them to open to be told no one can look at my completely flat tire till Tuesday. Ridiculous today is Friday. Lady was extremely rude. Will never go to a fleet farm for anything.

I went there for the great price, buy 3 tires, get the fourth free, but...the time and effort to get them on my vehicle wasn't worth it. First of all the Auto center doesn't answer their phone if they are busy. If you call first thing in the morning, lucky if they get back to you that afternoon. If you order tires, they can't tell you when they will be in, until they are physically at the store. I repeatedly asked them, "can't you just call your supplier for an E.T.A.?" They said , "No, we just get them when we get them.". So they schedule an appointment to get them installed, then if they aren't there, you just reschedule! Kind of defeats the purpose of having a schedule! Very frustrating...
