Everyone was very easy to talk to, their prices are decent and they overall did a good job, but while inspecting the work at home, I noticed they used a zip tie to hold a boot in place instead of the metal pinch clamp typically included with new boots. To me, that is not an acceptable solution. The clamps cost nothing and are much more secure than a zip tie. I updated this to a 5 star review - I was concerned that using a zip tie was a cheap/lazy corner-cut hoping the customer wouldn't notice. After talking with the owner, it seems the kit didn't supply a metal clamp - a fault for which the shop shouldn't be docked. As I previously mentioned, the overall service was good. I have used Complete Auto for many years (20+!!) and have always found them honest and their work excellent. I have recommended them to my family and friends. I always use them for oil changes and repairing our family cars from all sorts of problems. Full disclosure, I did receive a discount for agreeing to write this review, but I would have done it for free and honestly, should have done it years ago. I am pleased with how friendly the man was who installed my device. He stayed in contact with me and I felt he was honest with what was going on. I would recommend this place because I felt good when I walked into the shop and am happy my vehicle had the device installed and I will be ready to drive soon!! Thanks!
