Got me in earlier then originally told. Work was done faster then quoted. They cleaned the dash and all windows inside even tho they only worked on rear door. They kept me up-to-date daily on the progress of work. Service: Body & Trim

In the Fall of 2022, I had an unfortunate meeting with a 6-point buck and completely shredded my front end. They worked with me to get the repairs done and after working with Scott, the General Manager, Austen my account rep and Mike, the Master of Paint I was on the road again. Fast forward to early 2023... I typically don't mind driving in bad weather but Mother Nature claimed another as I skid off the road and hit a sign. Since my experience was so good with Caliber there was no other shop I would trust with my vehicle. This time WOW, I was amazed at the turn around. In only a few days I had my truck back and it looks fantastic. I was very impressed by the almost daily progress updates and professionalism. I highly recommend this location. I was in a minor accident 6 weeks before I was expecting to move out of the state. The team at Caliber Collision was able to get my car in for an estimate and repairs quickly. The repairs were expected to take almost 2 weeks and they were able to get them done in 1 week.
