I am not an actual customer but I asked for a couple advice and a second opinion on my diagnosis on a subaru cvt transmission (I am my own mechanic) and they we're happy to assist, give feedback and answers! Not alot of business's do this so thank you guys!!!
Excellent customer service very friendly staff and fair prices!
I was told by another shop my transmission needed to be replaced and that the truck was basically junk (a 2019 model w/ 83k miles). The gentleman I spoke with on the phone at Kennedy not only eased my mind that that probably isn’t the case, but also that the issue may potentially be fixed at a far less expense. 1) he was knowledgeable, professional, and customer (potential) service oriented; and 2) if the other shop turns out to be correct, and I now highly doubt that to be the case, I know exactly where I’ll take my truck to. Thank you for taking the time to explain over the phone and ease my mind. This is what earns lifelong customers.
