Wife was rear ended in late October. Dropped the car off it sat there for a few days before they called us to tell us they didnt have the parts? really? we picked up the car again. Another month before they got the parts. car is done now. paint doesnt match the rest of the car. As of now (Jan 31,2022) its done. were just glad to have it done and move on. we were just another car to them. would I go back? I really hope we dont have to. If we NEED another body shop. I will have to look around for another one. 3 month dealing with this!!. smh Service: Body & Trim
I almost had my car fixed here from being in a deer/ car accident and unfortunately the insurance company totalled the vehicle before Gerber could do anything. I was looking forward to them repairing the damage. If given the chance I will choose this shop. One of the most friendly and honest staff, which I don't feel I get from some other collision shops.
I love this place. The people are great and they work fast. Great job on our car. We have been multiple times and will go again. I recommend highly.
