My appointment was 0900AM, there was only one person in the store, he was not aware of my tires replacement appointment and has to locate the tires for my vehicle. It took until 10:00 until couple more workers come in. I was done at 11:15 Am. then it took about ten minutes to process out due to computer issues. I don't blame the person who was in early, he did his best. I blame lack of management coordination and not sure who is in charge of the place.

My stepdaughter took her flat tire in to this store. They said she needed a new tire. She said fine. They put the wrong size tire on her wheel. She went back to get the right size and here is where it gets funny. The store was open but no employees. They then heard yelling from the back room. The technician was screaming at his coworker. Including " i dont care if there are customers here". I then called 10 times and no one answered the phone. She finally left after standing in the lobby listening to them yell for 15 minutes. If i ran this place i would be furious/ ashamed.

I had a great experience at this location! I made an appointment online because I noticed a nail in my tire. I wasn’t sure if I was going to need a new tire, or just a puncture fix. The front desk employee (can’t remember her name) was very friendly, and she helped assess that I just needed it patched. They were on time, straight forward, and didn’t over charge me. I am considering bringing my other vehicle back for an oil change when it’s time because I enjoyed my overall experience here.
