I got my brakes replaced here, front and back. About 6 months later they were grinding and squeezing and it was difficult to stop the car. Since I have a one year warranty, I went back there to try to use my warranty. The little man that is usually at the front counter and often rude to customers said the brakes are fine and refused to replace them. So, I left and one week later I came back and pleaded that he replace them bcuz they were still grinding and hard to stop my car and I told him, since I have a warranty, I didn’t understand why he couldn't fix them them the right way. So he said he will take care of it but he only ended up replacing the front pad (the rotors needed to be replaced to). I ended up going somewhere else and had to pay again for new brakes bcuz the work at Motown is cheap, low quality and didn’t last. I’m very disappointed that they didn’t stand behind their work and I will never go back here. What a rip off Service: Brakes
