I have always loved these guys, they were always great, competitive in prices, kind and respectful. Certainly efficient for years. My very last visit was for a left blinker out so I called on a Thursday or Friday. I went on the following Wednesday. They made me feel like it would be a big job. Since it was cold no one could come out, there was no room in the shop. They were busy, but I waited almost a week. I've spent thousands of dollars with them. They were basically the only ones I trusted. They were rude to me the last time even after I waited over an hour in my car. I couldn't drop it off at this time. So I left, went to a nearby automotive store & purchased a 2pk of bulbs. It took less than 5 minutes to do it myself. I was very disappointed that they didn't even try. I was outside in the cold when I did it too. I'm not sure if I'll go back. It just bothers me how people can take on a sudden personality change like that, and become rude. I highly would not recommend this busniess. I had some issues with my front end of my truck and had the manger/owner- Zack inspect it. This was early April. Come to find out there was some expensive repairs that must be done. I was told they are behind roughly 2-3 weeks but should be available to have my truck in and fixed. Three weeks later I called to schedule an appointment and Zack mentioned he's still backed up and that one of his employees was on leave due to family matters. Sure enough I said that ia totally fine and we can reschedule. Well, as i called a couple weeks later it went to VM but new vehicles were in their lot. Next time I called & his sister answered because they were short staffed and she assured me they can fit me in. Fast forward another 2 weeks I call again and no answer and it's now June and I called to see if there is any update on scheduling. sure enough my number has been blocked . Great service every time I go there. Zach and the rest of the employees are terrific! This last time I was there, 2 weeks ago, besides fixing the problems on my car, someone actually repaired my side mirror control knob. I wasn't expecting that, I called right away and told the gentleman who answered the phone that I appreciated someone taking the time to fix something that I didn't think was worth bothering anyone to look at it. I'll come back next time I need repairs.
