Midas

I went in for an oil change with a car that had a working driver side window (I used it earlier in the day) and was given back a car with a broken driver side window. I then had to pay $450 for them to fix it. They wouldn't even give me a discount to fix what THEY HAD BROKEN. I can't be too mad because the car is 14 years old and they probably broke it by closing the door too hard or something, but it is still messed up that they wouldn't take any overship for braking a car while doing an oil change. My experience at the West Bloomfield Midas was disappointing. The front desk guy, Grant is vey rude! I am not sure why Midas still keeps this guy with such a bad attitude. It is time to get him fired or trained to behave well to customers. They are also expensive. For sure, I will not go back to Midas at Maple Rd.

My experience working with Alex at the Waterford location and Scott at the West Bloomfield location was fantastic! After receiving a ridiculous quote from the Audi dealer to replace an exhaust that didn’t need replacing (it only needed a repair), this was an especially great experience. These guys are personable, professional, and honest- traits that are seemingly difficult to come by these days. They are my new go-to for our automotive service and repairs- Service: Exhaust
