Highly recommend! Fast service, professional and personable staff. My car started making a clunking noise on my way home from work, but it was almost 5pm when most shops close. Waterford European told me it was no problem; they wanted to help me out even if it kept them after business hours. They fixed the problem quickly and at no charge because luckily it was just screwing the protective undercarriage of the car back in place. Still, they did not charge for their time, and I was SO thankful! I have found a mechanic I trust! Thank you, Waterford European!!

I have been coming to Waterford European since I got my VW about 2 years ago. I have always dealt with Bob who is helpful, honest, and friendly. Everyone’s been great. Even when I brought it in for a “weird” issue and it turned out I had no oil in it. They’ve always provided great education about maintaining my vehicle and keeping in good condition. All of the work I’ve received is always done quickly, efficiently, was affordable, and I’ve had no issues with anything after.
