Had an unfortunate mishap with my Ram Promaster low top van. Parking garage was lower than advertised and crushed rear section of van, Bob and the boys went to work and recreated the top to brand new condition. I found this place after being in an accident in Illinois, requiring a State Farm certified repair shop. Mo has been super helpful from the beginning! He got the estimate done super quickly, and did not belittle me for being a female needing car repairs done, which I’ve had before. He kept me updated the entire time, and was very thoughtful. Hugo and pole position are great. I started off bringing my vehicle there for a few minor scratches and they would get it in out within 10 or 15 mins. Then I got in an accident and they made the whole process very simple. My insurance low balled the estimate a few times and pole position requested the money that was needed to fix it the correct way, I liked that they don’t cut corners and the work came out really good. thanks again Hugo.
