I have been using Motor City for over 10 years. However, the new people are not the same! I suggested to a very close friend that they take their Cadillac to Motor City instead of the dealer. Motor City pick up the vehicle at over 3 weeks ago. Saying that they are waiting for a part. Not the same "customer service!" I have been up twice and gotten the run around. I am highly disappointed in the place! I truly owe my friend an apology for even suggesting let alone supporting Motor City..

Fixed both back wheel bearings same day for $700 with a coupon. They charge an extra 4% if you pay with a credit card. Friendly service including a text the next day checking on the car! They recommended I replace my back rotors and pads for another $400 but I deferred that to a later date. Car drives like a dream now!

I took my car in for the timing chain and the exhaust manifold had a crack in it. They fixed my car in 2 days and the cost was under 2800.00 hundred, which is amazing. And they did extra stuff. My car runs like its brand new and I cant even hear it when its running. I highly recommend them and they have easy financing... Thank you..
