Joe is the best and very knowledgeable. He has a heart of gold. I went in for a battery swap and for him to possibly tell me what this burning rubber smell in my car. He installed the battery fast and found out what was wrong in less than 5 mins. He is a lifesaver. I will from now on be a loyal customer to this shop. Honest, kind hearted man that works from the heart not only told me about the problem, but helped me find the parts for a really good deal. Was patient with me since I'm a new driver and this was my first car and already spent to much money fixing it at other places that conned me into an unnecessary price. Had a great sense of humor and reassured me that everything was alright. I will be coming to him for all my problems and already making another appointment for my breaks would recommend for new drivers with car problems and experienced. Would give Joe & his team 6 stars if I could!! Joe did an exceptional job fixing my car and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn't trust the dealership & thank god my brother told me about Joe and his team. After he took a look at a couple of my concerns he had some great recommendations, got the parts needed that day, & got me on my way. He even showed me the spark plugs he replaced from my car and explained that they were the original ones from 2013. Joe was awesome to communicate with, is super knowledgeable, explains the best path forward, is a great value, and works hard to do his work right and timely.
