Hoover & 9 Mile Auto Repair

I visited this shop about two years ago, and had an overall positive experience. My 2014 Buick's power steering had gone out, and I also needed some suspension related parts replaced. Things seemed fine when I drove off, but I had to return after service, because of a noticable issue while driving.The mechanic quickly fixed it however with no charge. My recent experience however was extremely unpleasant, and I noticed a completely different crew. Two weeks ago, I paid them to tow my 2013 Dodge to their shop, but once it was there, no one called me for 3-4 days. When I called for an update, the service team had a tone, as if I were bothering them, even though I was very polite and patient. After a week with no update whatsoever, I went to the shop in person, and noticed my vehicle in the parking lot. I asked to speak with the mechanic with admittedly an irritable tone and he told me the van was too "messed up" and he "didn't need to deal with it". I asked what the problems were and

Friendly, fast, HONEST and extremely affordable. Knowledgeable staff and easy to talk to. This will be our go to for any future auto repair and maintenance needs! Dropped off in the am for muffler, front and rear brakes and oil change... done by lunch time. Super impressed with our first experience.

I've had them work on both of our vehicles and we have no complaints at all. Quick turnaround on most repairs.
