Very responsive! I emailed with a request for a quote, and I heard back within 15 minutes! Scheduled to have him give me an estimate which was more than fair. Ordered the part; that came in 2 days later. Start to finish less than one week. Very nice guy. Will call him again next time I need work on my car.
Honest and trustworthy guy. I have been going to him for over 3 years now and does all my car repairs here in Michigan. Moved here from chicago a while back and I am glad I stumbled across his shop as I drive an older car I needed someone who has reasonable pricing and someone who does good work.
