Walmart Auto Care Centers

Not the worst place for tire repair, but could been 10x better. First they wanted to cancel my appointment 20 minutes before I was scheduled to be there because they were "short staffed". But when I arrived, there's only 1 car, 3 workers that where on a "smoke break" and I had to speak a supervisor just so would honor the appointment I made weeks ago. After 4 hours I was over charged by $40 more than I was quoted, and they did not line up the center pieces on my rims.

My technician who was also a manager was extremely patient and helpful with my predicament. I could not find the lug key to remove a flat tire.He answered my gazillion questions while working on other cars while being short staffed! All's well that ends well and I am grateful for the help received in the new year.

if i could give no stars i would! my parents took my car to get new tires on it since my dad physically can no longer do it as he is a mechanic for many years. He was talking to a teenager or younger “boy” that was working there, and letting him know what happened to my rim (I hit a curb) and other stuff to just let the guy know what is wrong with my car. The guy goes off on my father, in front of my mom, and another family waiting for their car with their kids, and starts yelling refusing to work on my car because of my father trying to make it easier and let him know what needs to he done. Not in any way telling him how to do his job just a “hey, I need the four new tires I bought from here put on and some other stuff....” but instead the “boy” treated my father and mother so poorly by screaming at them in public, refusing to work on my car, and saying words I will not repeat on here. We are contacting corporate and taking further action to report this man. The other mechanic’s there
