Sharon on the phone when you call is so pleasant when she answers thank you for that this makes a big deal. Mechanics from strobal helped me with a broken bolt inside the engine block, replacing thermostat housing and broken bolt. Called everyone if they can extract the bolt and they said no. They are the only ones that said yes in Saginaw without recommending me to a welding shop. That just tells you they know automotive and have good technicians and they don’t play around. I stopped in to see Dale this morning because my tire pressure light came on and not only was he quick to get my tires full, he was patient and informative. It’s not often at 7 am with 32 degree weather you get someone who wasn’t just trying to shove me on my way. It’s little interactions like this that will certainly have me coming back there.
