Not all Redmond's are the same. My mother took her vehicles to Jim Redmond for years. Passing down the loyalty to her daughters, we took our vehicles to Redmond's as well. However, the Redmond's on Gratiot truly let our family down. My sister recently died and when we went through all her invoices from Redmond's, it was glaringly apparent that they completely took advantage of her for years! You hear about places taking advantage of seniors but never think it will happen to you or someone you love. They charged her exorbitant amounts of money for simple fixes. They should be ashamed of themselves...so disappointing.
