Had to almost search for someone to help. But after finding someone. Experience was good. Helped me find what I needed.
Took two months to repair $6,000 worth of damage (ridiculous) and there are SEVERAL problems with my vehicle. Will be contacting my insurance company to get authorization to take it to a different GMC dealership who will make sure they fix the horrendous job that the McDonald body shop did on my vehicle. Would not recommend. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to choosing a dealership to have my vehicle repaired.
McDonald Body Shop fixed my truck after a major collision and did an exceptional job with the vehicle and kept me well informed during the repair process. Thank you!
