Over the last handful of years living next to this shop, I have called to get service quotes, appointments, or assistance multiple times and every single time, they have put me on hold and hung up or said they would call me right back and never bothered to - not even to tell me to go elsewhere. With that kind of customer service, I recommend people seeking reliability stay far, far away from this place.

Went to Kurtz-Hillman to replace a burned out headlight and replace tires for the Winter. They offered me a fair price and turned the job around quickly. One of the headlights stopped working yesterday; they looked into it promptly and replaced the bulb within an hour free of charge! Troy and Tom are both very nice and engaging people, and my experience today showed me they are of high character. I would definitely recommend them for tires and any automotive services you need.
