Firestone Complete Auto Care

Laziness.. first word that comes to my mind. They sell my mother things like lifetime rotate and balance, and when asked why they did NOT balance the tires at the last rotation they say “does she drive much on the highway?” Are you kidding me?? I wont recommend this place to anyone ever again. Typical shop trying to make money at every visit and trying to skimp out on work that has already been paid for. I wont even get into what else they recommended for her vehicle that even a dealership said was not needed.

I made and online appointment the day before. It was very convenient. I received an email confirming my appointment shortly after making my appointment. When I arrived, hthe store was clean. I was immediately greeted by an employee and he confirmed my appointment. I had an oil change and windshield wipers put on. I was there approximately an hour. Everything turned out perfectly. I always have good experiences here and the staff are always friendly, helpful and respectful. Prices are very competitive and reasonable. I am 100% satisfied and recommend this store to anyone looking for good quality work and superb customer service! Thanks gentlemen for the honest service you all provide to our community.

Have been using Saginaw Firestone locations for an assortment of services (oil changes, tire work and alignments) since 2008-ish, and have been very happy with them overall. For people that keep their vehicles, the lifetime alignment deal is worth it. It pays for itself after the second use, and has extended the life of several sets of my tires over the years.
