Belle Tire

Bought Goodyear tires there 3 times now, for the rebates. They forgot to order my tires once when I had an appointment. Had to go back to have a tire rebalanced the second time. Now they just installed 3 year old tires for me based on the manufacturing date. No more

Let me start by saying I’ve come to Belle Tire in Saginaw before and my experience was pleasant. So I recently purchased a car used so I brought it in to have it aligned and wheels balanced just to start fresh as I’m not sure what the previous owners may have done. Trevor was great at getting me in, getting the job done, and even finding some other problems such as a scrubbing noise from the front brakes and two bent rims. I called the dealership and they fixed the scrubbing noise and shipped the new rims over to have them installed which brings me to today. I was heading home from an all nighter at work and decided to catch Belle Tire at opening to see if they had received the rims and if they had any openings. Trevor confirmed they were in and said it’ll be a couple of hours but should be finished by 10:30am as they opened at 8am. Well unfortunately it’s almost 11:30am and the car hasn’t even been pulled in and no where near serviced. Now I understand there are appointments ahead of
