I had an amazing experience with this shop. Had to take my Honda in for brake work that was done poorly (elsewhere) a few months back. They were quick, they didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of my very limited knowledge of cars. Pam is the best, I believe her husband did the work. I will be a forever customer! Thank you guys! Brakes & More is the best shop I've ever been to - and driving an old Jeep for years I've been to quite a few. Everyone here listens to me and trusts my own judgment of my car, and they always check my car thoroughly and communicate clearly and honestly about issues and repairs, and always answer all my questions. I've never been disappointed with their work and have even learned a lot from their explanations. Everyone here seems to go out of their way to give excellent service. My family and many of my friends all come here, and Keith has become a household name for us. It's hard to find a shop that is anywhere near as respectful to women customers & young customers as Brakes & More. Sometimes the wait can be a bit longer than one might expect - naturally, since everyone seems to come here - but it's always worth it to get such great service and to feel safe on the road knowing your car was worked on responsibly. Brought my vehicle here a couple of times now and these guys are great. Customer service is top notch especially Pam, and the prices are fair! They had my car a little longer than expected (due to the part having to be made and shipped) -fuel line replacement- so they gave me a loaner car to get around town. Excellent place and a must go if you're looking for a place to trust!
