Steve is very communicative with what's going on the whole time he has your car. he may run a little behind but what mechanic doesn't?! for a fair price, a friendly mechanic and knowing your car will be fixed correctly, it's worth a day or two extra wait! I can't say enough great things about this man! he's VERY BUSY FOR A REASON! mechanics like him aren't made anymore!

Brought my encore in to get some work done, oil changed and solve some problems. Steve is the best. He took his time and got it done right and talked to me about what was going on the entire time. As a female, o am beyond appreciative of an honest mechanic because I am not versed at all and I felt nothing but comfortable here. 10 out if 10 for service, care and customer service.
