Walmart Auto Care Centers

This location has dissapointed me on so many occasions, they have broken my hood latch they have quoted 45 minute wait times and turn around and say that I'm suddenly behind multiple other orders and that it'll be 2+ hours AFTER the 45 minutes. Constantly trapped in this location makes me never come to this location to even shop I spend way too long when I'm here for car services. Service: Oil change

I had my elderly parents take their car in for a quick oil change. They own a 2020 Buick envision. The car started to slowly leak oil after the change and was dripping everywhere we went so I had my brother who is a mechanic take a peek to see where it was coming from and it was leaking from the oil filter. I called and spoke with Tanisha who told us to bring it in this morning so they could take a look. They acted like it wasn't their fault and refused to fix the issue or give us a refund. The Manager even went as far to blame my brother who only took a look for the oil leak. Upon taking our parents car to a reputable oil change facility we realized they had tightened oil filter too much which caused it to leak. We spent $168 at Walmart and they clearly took advantage of my elderly parents and took their money without providing a service or correcting the problem due their negligence.
