I had a catalytic converter installed by them 9 months ago and told them it was hard to see which converter they installed. They gave me a random model of a catalytic converter last year which cost more than they charged which was 1600 and the converter was close to 2k and kind of made me a little skeptical but took their word for it. They said if there was any problem bring it back because it was under warranty. I got check engine light with P0420 code and went back to them. They are saying it's a resonator pipe leak causing check engine light. From all the mechanics I talked to its most likely due to the catalytic converter or sensors they installed last time but instead showing me different problems. Called customer service and they said they cant do anything about it.
