I used to really believe in this shop; I had all my work done there, so, I was weighing my options about either getting a new car or fixing the old one. I had a diagnostic done, and while never receiving proper documentation to see what was needed, and being a single woman on a limited budget, I relied on their expertise and paid for what they told me would solve my problem. I made a date to get it done. Not only did they not stick to the date, I had to reschedule three times to finally get it done. I paid them about $1,000 for heat and when they returned it, I had no heat on the floor. Now, anywhere else, when you pay for something, you expect you will get what you paid for; but, in my case, they didn't fix the problem. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, and I feel I've been taken advantage of and have no recourse.
